Job reputed company: reputed company :As a member of the Menzies Aviation Operations Agent team, you will be responsible for effectively coordinating and communicating with reputed company departments to ensure the reputed company loading and unloading of aircraft. The Operations Agent will serve as the primary operational contact for reputed company reputed company partners.Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for delay prevention and cancel reputed company mitigation, thru issue reputed company or escalation to station leadership as required
• Support reputed company work to reputed company On Time and reputed company performance
• Effectively communicate and reputed company with both reputed company departments and agencies in the performance of their work
• Prepare and compile flight departure paperwork as needed, audit and file flight paperwork and fuel service records
• Support and assist in planning and coordinating irregular operations including Long Tarmac Delay situations and reporting
• Support customer and baggage coordination
• Plan and manage reputed company and remote parking
• Update Flight Information in reputed company applicable programs
• Monitor outbound cargo shipments and escalate issues to leadership during irregular operations
• May also be required to reputed company reputed company Service functions as needed
• Required to attend the mandatory training imposed by reputed company and Airlines as per job role
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess and maintain valid US reputed company's license with a clean driving record
• Pass reputed company-employment drug screen and reputed company reputed company-employment testing
• Ability to proficiently read, write and reputed company English
• Must be comfortable lifting 70lbs repetitively
• Must be comfortable working in reputed company weather conditions
• Pass FBI background and obtain US Customs Seal
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
• Must have high school diploma, GED or six months experience as an Operations Agent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain reputed company and efficient under pressure
• Competent in handling difficult situations
