Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Data Analyst. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package. ** This is a hybrid position in Nashville, TN** Please note we are unable to provide sponsorship or work c2c for this role. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Primary tasks of this position are compilation and analysis of data definitions, meaning, usage, labelling standards and other source system or B-Flex time entry not SPARKinformation to produce IT consumable information</li><li>Data analysis and ad hoc report development</li><li>Maintain reporting processes</li><li>Gather requirements, communicate expectations, and develop reports</li><li>Develop SLA/performance metrics reports</li><li>Participate/provide input on production issues and follow up activities, ad hoc research and analysis</li><li>Flexibility and experience working as Individual Contributor and as member of a Team</li><li>Documents and implements efficiencies and process improvements</li><li>Ability to work in an environment with rapidly changing business requirements and priorities</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 3+ years of experience with:</li><li>Application development and/or project management</li><li>Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) / file exchange implementation</li><li>SQL development / support</li><li>Reporting tools (example: Tableau)</li></ul> Desired Experience / Qualifications:<ul><li>Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid industries (more specifically in the area of Claims & Encounters)</li><li>Experience working in agile and matrixed environments</li><li>Flexibility and experience working as an individual contributor and as a member of a team</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, documentation, and problem-solving abilities required</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills required</li></ul>
