Digital Project Manager: ( contractor part time to start )

We are looking for a dedicated, initiative-taking Project Manager in order to add to our dynamic, growing team. The ideal candidate for this position is able to assume the role of leader in a variety of project management scenarios. Responsible for following up on tasks in click-up and making sure the team and clients get reminded and stay on track with tasks, content, and timelines!

This individual must also have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional and efficient manner.

Bonus: Experience planning complex projects is great. Bring your ideas to the table!

Team Avaliblitiy: We have a weekly team ongoing meeting every Monday @ 8am PST. Please be available every week to be a part of the team.

What we could use some help with:

  • Reviewing Social Media posts and content
  • Tracking click-up requests and supporting the SEO team
  • Reviewing our client websites on mobile and desktop, and QA for problems or suggestions to the web dev team
  • Funnel client requests for changes on website
  • Track new websites process from start to donesies
  • QA new websites that we are creating at various stages
  • Copy editing and making sure words and content look great on the blog and website

Essentials:

  • Be at our team Monday meeting @ 8am PST every week
  • Please live in the Continental US and be willing to work in PST
  • Follow up with clients via email or phone
  • Be good with PST-time zone deadlines and calendaring
