Our dishwashers at JoJo’s should be punctual, hard-working, and complete any task that is asked. They are responsible for cleaning all plates, bowls, silverware, and all dirty kitchen-ware, while following sanitary and health-related protocols. They often help to clean bathrooms, dry storage, walk-in cooler, prep kitchen, and floor mats.

Duties/responsibilities:

Set up 3-compartment sink
Operate the dishwasher
Bring clean dishware to the kitchen
Clean the dish and kitchen prep area thoroughly every night
Help put away large orders coming in (dry goods, food, and liquor)
Maintain clean restrooms throughout the day, restroom checks every 30-60 minutes
Maintain clean and organized walk-in cooler

Tips:

When you do not know what to do, ask MOD
Check in with kitchen and prep cooks for tasks to help with
