What You’ll Need

• Ability to respond to fire alarms and emergency situations
• Current or ability to obtain Emergency First Aid and CPR certification
• Strong verbal communication skills for emergency alerts
• Willingness to participate in firefighting drills and training
• Ability to perform general labor tasks (lifting, digging, carrying materials, cleanup)
• Proficiency with hand tools and equipment for non-machine construction and maintenance
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights over fifty feet, outdoors, and in varying weather
• Ability to wear required PPE, including respiratory protection
• Flexibility to perform a variety of duties as project needs change
