Santa Fe Regional Loan Officer

About the position

Caliver Beach Mortgage is seeking an entrepreneurial Regional Loan Officer to run their business remotely on a P&L basis. This role offers uncapped commissions and a wide range of loan products for all borrower types. You can choose to add additional Loan Officers to your team or act as an individual Loan Officer. The company is licensed in 28 states and growing, providing administrative, operational, and compliance support from Corporate.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis
• Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO
• Develop referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintain a database of past clients for marketing purposes
• Close at least 3-5 units per month

Requirements

• An active NMLS/MLO license (required)
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in relevant software and tools
