Our global sales and service network provides our customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, warehouse products and support services to meet their needs anytime, anywhere.<br><br><strong>Job Posting External<br><br></strong><strong>Job Duties<br><br></strong><ul><li>Schedule service repairs and dispatch field service technicians to customer locations for service based on location, skill level of the technicians, and facility response guidelines.</li><li>Schedule and dispatch planned maintenance to ensure timely completion.</li><li>Receive service requests from customers and coworkers. Enter information into the computer. Assist with paperwork and prepare reports.</li><li>May handle registering service vans, scheduling maintenance for the rental fleet, scheduling delivery trucks, and coordination of services with outside vendors.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Less than 2 years related experience</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Excellent phone skills</li><li>Good communication, organizational, math and computer skills</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office</li><li>Leadership skills, technical experience and knowledge a plus</li><li>Ability to multitask</li><li>Familiarity with the service territory.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Work Authorization<br><br></strong>Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
